Cheryl Ann Olson

Cheryl Ann Sluyter Olson, 58, of West Fork, died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015 at her home. She was born Oct. 3, 1956 in Sioux City, Iowa. to Roy and Eleanore Ball Sluyter. She worked at Aalfs for 34 years and Loomis for three years. She loved spending time with family and friends and loved to be outside! Cheryl was a member of Guardians of the Children (SYLB). She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and a sister, Carol Ann. Cheryl is survived by her husband, Cliff Olson; son, Michael Shapley; sister, Lauri Johns; niece, Hallie Johns; grandchildren, Bret Shapley, Mackenzie Olson, Chloe and Emily Shearan; Brooke and Wyatt Olson, Evan and Connor Franco, Remington and Quinton Rosenbaum; stepchildren, Shelly and Brian Shearan, Tony, Jeff and Adam Olson, Michelle Hurd, Christina Bishop and Jeremy Gibbs; her beloved dog, Angel; and many special friends, and one we'd like to mention, Bonnie Schmitz.
