Donald W. Dickey, 89, of Rogers passed away August 9, 2015. He was born September 9, 1925 to Robert and Verda Dickey in Haskell, Oklahoma. Donald was a World War II Army veteran, and lived in Northwest Arkansas for 40 years after moving from Harrison. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Alfred Dickey, one sister, Betty Jane Dickey, and one brother; Bob Dickey. Donald is survived by his wife, Anna Lou Dickey, son, Danny Dickey and wife Margaret of Rogers, four grandchildren; Terry, Jeff, Bobby, Randy Dickey, and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, August 13th from 5-7 p.m. at Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville. Funeral services will be Friday, August 14th at 11 a.m. at Southside Church of Christ in Rogers with Jackie Chesnutt officiating. Burial will follow at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
