Lena Langston

Lena Langston, 102, went to be the Jesus on April 21, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Arthur Langston, her daughter DaWanda June Langston, her parents and all of her siblings. Lena was born on May 6, 1912 in Miller, Ark. to Leroy and Beretta Calista McFall. After her mother's death, she was raised by her step mother Cecilea Edna McFall, whom she called mom. She resided with her family in Arkansas in 1931. After the death of her husband, she moved to Eagle Point, Ore. Lena had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She enjoyed traveling, reading her bible, listening to book tapes, and spending time with her family. She loved to sing old hymns and tell others about Jesus. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 28th at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers at 11 a.m. Burial at Oakley's Chapel Cemetery will follow.
