Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Ruble, 90, of Rogers, passed away and has gone to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 19, 2015 in Bentonville. She was born Feb. 21, 1925 in Batesville, Ark., the daughter of Bryson and Hettye Goodin Wallace. She graduated from Batesville High School and attended the University of Arkansas. Betty was a secretary for the Fayetteville School system and also a secretary and member of Southside Church of Christ in Rogers. She was also a member of the Maple Hills Garden Club and Girl Scout Leader in Fayetteville. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Charles Sims; one sister, Jo Harrison; and one brother, Walter Bryson Wallace. She is survived by her husband, Phillip T. Ruble of the home; three daughters: Becky Wann and husband, Garry of Batesville, Kathy Massey and husband, Robert of Springdale, and Mary Beth Terry and husband, Bill of Fayetteville; three step children: Linda Ralston and husband, Phil of Fayetteville, Gary Ruble and wife, Wendy of Rogers, and Terry Ruble of West Fork; one sister, Mary Potter and husband Ernest of Tupelo, Miss.; five grandchildren: Zachary Capps, Christi Minnick, Chad Wann, Paul Gardner, and Sims Terry; three stepgrandchildren: Jace and Kami Ralston and Wesley Ruble; two great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandson. Visitation: Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 10 to 11 a.m. with funeral services at 11 at Southside Church of Christ, Rogers, Ark. with Mr. Jackie Chesnutt officiating.
