Elizabeth Arlene Tate

Elizabeth Arlene Tate, 87, a resident of Farmington passed away April 16, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. She was born March 19, 1928 in Walnut Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles Boyer and Anna Bell Mateer Nelson. Arlene was a member of the Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church in Farmington her entire life. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Roy and Loyd and two sisters, Reba Mae and Melba Lorraine. Survivors include her husband of almost 69 years Max Tate; two daughters, Charolette Mefford and husband Nathan of Springdale and Carmen Tate of Fayetteville; two grandchildren, Sheri Brady and husband Jeff and Kelly Hughes and husband Mike all from Springdale; two great-grandchildren, Dylan Hughes and Kaitlyn Brady. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2-3 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Tuesday April 21, 2015 10 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in Cemetery Hill Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be: John Munyon, David Tate, Gary Tate, Rick Clayton, Aubrey Kinion, and Jackie Hamblen. Memorials may be made to the Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church, P.O.
