Iona Irene Trimble, 91, of Rogers passed away April 14, 2015 in Bentonville. She was born January 26, 1924 in Hasting, Oklahoma the daughter of Levy Douglas and Thearsa Vivian Kinnaman Clements. She was a homemaker a member of Southside Church of Christ in Rogers and a former member of the Tahlequah South College Church of Christ for many years. Iona enjoyed gardening and fishing. She and her husband Roy provided fish for their family reunion dinner for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Trimble and her seven brothers and sisters. Survived by her granddaughter, Rhonda Krolvyk of Mineral, Washington; foster daughter and caregiver, Pat Bolain of Rogers, Arkansas; grandson, Roger Crumley of Wyoming; granddaughter, Genevieve Stevens of Kodiak, Alaska; niece, Wanda Buckner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; nephew, Adam Bolain of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvinia and four great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren, four great-great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services 1 p.m. Saturday; April 18, 2015 at the Cookson-Proctor Cemetery in Cookson, Oklahoma with Mr. Lloyd Coppedge officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers, Arkansas.
