Freda Mae Fletcher, 93, of Pea Ridge died April 4 at Legacy Hospice in Bentonville. She was born December 26, 1921 in the Pleasant Ridge Community east of Rogers to William Fred Pollock and Stella May Garvin Pollock. She married Jack Fletcher Sr. December 12, 1939. She worked for RTW for thirteen years in the mining dept. and loved to quilt. She was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary, the Shady Grove EH Club and the Bella Vista Wesleyan Church in Bella Vista. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jack Fletcher Sr in 1992; six brothers, Kenneth, Homer, Richard, Fred, Robert and Dwayne Pollock; five sisters, Imogene Thompson, Pauline Noland, Mary Hopper, Hazel Jones and Faye Noland; one great-grandson and one great-great-grandson. Survivors two sons, Neil Fletcher and wife Annie of Pea Ridge, A.J. Fletcher Jr. and wife Frances of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Charlotte Foster and husband Ronnie of Pea Ridge; two sisters-in-law, Shirley and Pauline of Rogers; 11 grandchildren, Andrea Burgess (Allen), Franklin Fletcher (Tammy), Andy Fletcher (Paula), Alan Fletcher (Tina), Teresa Tate (Phil), Robbie Foster and late wife Deanna, David Fletcher (Delois), Stanley Foster (Julie), Daniel Fletcher, Kenneth Foster (Evelyn), Jason Fletcher (Megan); 35 great-grandchildren and 44 great-great-grandchildren. Service is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 at Bella Vista Wesleyan Church, 107 Trafalgar Rd. Bella Vista with Pastor David Hadsell officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net.
