Phyllis Lou Neely

Phyllis Lou Neely, age 61, of Lincoln, died Thursday, April 2, 2015 at her home. She was born April 10, 1953 in Ralls, Texas, the daughter of Lucian and Lucy Ponder Glasscock. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Roach. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She is survived by her husband, Bill Neely; a daughter, Rhonda Laughlin of Lincoln; a son, Michael Glasscock of Overland Park, Kan.; six brothers, Leon Glasscock of Winslow, David Glasscock of Winslow, Freddy Glasscock of Farmington, Norman Glasscock of West Fork, Raymond Glasscock of Winslow and Joe Glasscock of Bristol, Tenn.; one sister, Mary Glasscock of Fayetteville; five grandchildren;and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5–7 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2015 at Moore's Chapel. Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday at Coil Cemetery in Winslow, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
