Robert Joseph "Bob" Beauchesne

Robert Joseph "Bob" Beauchesne, 70, of Springdale, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He is survived by his wife Jean Beauchesne also of Springdale; three children, Robin Beauchesne of Lakewood, CO, Carolyn Hoyt and husband Cecil of Troutville, Va., William Beauchesne and wife Marijka of Brentwood, N.H.; and four grandchildren, Catelyn Hoyt, Caden Hoyt, Lily Beauchesne, and William Beauchesne, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lucille Beauchesne, formerly of Largo, Fla., and his father and mother-in-law, William and Helen Muskuskie, formerly of Norwalk, Conn. Bob lived in Springdale for the past 20 years. He recently retired as a Project Manager with Tyson Foods. Bob was born in Berlin, N.H. on February 25, 1945. He grew up in both Berlin and Norwalk, Conn. Upon graduating from Norwalk High School, Bob pursued his Associates degree at Norwalk Tech, undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of New Haven (Conn.). After a long career of working in the defense contracting industry in Norwalk and Danbury, Conn., Merrimack, N.H., Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Bob joined Tyson Foods in Springdale in 1994 and retired in January of 2014. An avid baseball and hockey player in high school, Bob's passion for sports continued throughout his life, including establishing an accomplished career in bowling, with a 300 game to his name. His passion above all was family. His love for his wife, parents, children, and grandchildren was unwavering. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, and especially beating his son and son-in-law in poker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, at St. Raphael Catholic Church.
