Glenda Sue Hamby

Glenda Sue Hutchens Hamby, age 61, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday March 29, 2015. She was born April 22, 1953 in Fayetteville to Robert Glen Lee and Betty Lou Zimmerman Hutchens. Glenda was of the Church of Christ faith and graduated from Fayetteville High School. She worked at Campbell's Research in Farmington for over 22 years as a Recombinant DNA Technician. She was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Jason Hamby and her sister, Linda Lou Hutchens Dunsworth. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Hamby of Fayetteville; one son, Justin Hamby of Fayetteville; one sister, Brenda Lea Hutchens of Fayetteville; brother in law, Alan Dunsworth of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Brandon Glen, Devan Lee, Tressa Jaydin, Tyler Justine, Adam Jay and Haelen Avery. Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday April 11, 2015 in the Brentwood Cemetery. Please join friends and family following the service for a memorial celebration at the Brentwood Community Park.
