Janet Mae Cook

Janet Mae Cook, age 72, of Springdale, Ark., died Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, in a Springdale hospital. Mrs Cook was born July 31, 1942, in Hazleton, Iowa, to Everett and Alta Shepherd Allen, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob); three sons, Andy, Randy and Mark Cook; one brother, Jimmy Allen; one sister, June Engamells; and four grandchildren, Dakota, Rachelle, Racie and Randy.
