Linda Carolyn Pugh Rogers

Linda Carolyn Pugh Rogers, 73, of Lowell, Ark., passed from this life into her eternal life Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. She was born Feb. 20, 1941, in Los Angeles, Calif., to T.J. and Rosa Ruth Pugh. She was a loving mother, grandmother, a teacher by example, and kind and compassionate to all. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, the Rev. Darrel Rogers; her parents; and her sister, Tommie Horton. Survivors include her daughters, Diana Rogers and husband, Alan Buck, of Rogers, and the Rev. Jan Huneycutt Lightner and husband, Mitch, of Bella Vista; son, the Rev. Darren Rogers and wife, Debbie, of Springdale; sisters, Shirley Smith of Yorba Linda, Calif., and Sandy Jiles of Dayton, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. The memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, at Trinity Fellowship A/G, 1100 E. Rolling Hills Drive, Fayetteville, Ark. Nursery care will be provided.
