Jack Delbert Anglin

Jack Delbert Anglin, age 81, of Lowell went to be with the Lord on Sept. 8, 2014, in Springdale, Ark. He was born Nov. 13, 1932, in Henderson, Iowa, the son of Howard and Mae Shook Anglin. He attended Country Road Baptist Church in Lowell, and enjoyed camping, fishing, boating and Gospel music. He had served as a missionary for the state of Kansas and pastored for many years at Friendship Baptist Church and Charity Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary Janice Scott Anglin of the home; three sons, Kent Anglin and his wife, Sandy, of Lowell, Dane Anglin and his wife, Cindy, of Springdale, and Cory Anglin of Little Rock; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Martha Anglin of Siloam Springs; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at Mission Boulevard Baptist Church, 2006 Mission Blvd., Fayetteville, Ark., with Pastor Paul Young officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, c/o Country Road Baptist Church, P.O. Box 886, Lowell, AR 72745. There will not be a visitation.
