Dorothy Bevelyn Fields, 45, of Elkins died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014, in Nashville, Tenn. She was born July 27, 1969, in Morrilton, Ark., to Roy and Dorothy Jean Taylor Wooten. She attended the University of Arkansas and received an Associate Degree in Science of Nursing. She was a registered nurse for 23 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, James W. Fields; and brother, Roger Wooten. Survived by her husband, Michael W. Fields of the home; daughter, Lynlee Gamber and husband David; son, Andrew Willbanks; brothers, David Wooten and wife Mary; Bobby Wooten and wife Sandy; Skip Wooten and wife Renee; and Danny Wooten and wife Dolores; grandchildren, Caden and Grant Howard; mother-in-law, Lola A. Fields; mother and father-in-law, Saundra S. and Kenneth Bates; sisters-in-law, Shana S. Fields and Pamela J. Fields. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, from 5-7 p.m. at Beard's Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, at Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church with Pastor Jasper Hankins officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
