Helen Louise Mulherin, 80, left this world peacefully on Sept. 1, 2014. She was born Feb. 9, 1934, Unicoi County, Tenn., to Jess R. and Ollie Mae Hensley. Helen enjoyed being a mother, wife, crafter and a multi-blue ribbon winner for her many talents, a chef and a long-haul truck driver. She was also a longtime employee of Tyson Foods. She had a strong Christian faith and member of the Sonora Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; one sister; and one daughter, Deana Jane Stinson. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Albert Mulherin of Springdale; three daughters, Carrollyn Goodman of Jacksonville, Fla., Deborah Lincecum of Fayetteville, Ark., Katherine Burns and husband, Charles, of Springdale, Ark.; one son, Scott Mulherin and wife, Betsy, of Fayetteville, Ark.; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Riley Scott Hensley, Ralph Hensley and Bill Hensley; and two sisters, Irene Castle and Francis Patton. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel on Friday, Sept. 5, 2014. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. at the Sonora Baptist Church in Sonora, Ark., on Saturday, Sept. 6.
