Jimmy Ray Williams, 83, of Fayetteville, Ark., died Aug. 27, 2014, at Westwood Health and Rehab in Springdale, Ark. He was born July 21, 1931, at Red Star, Ark., the son of Willie Huston and Bertha A. Neff Williams. He had retired from the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was ordained as a minister in the Arkansas district of the Pentecostal Church of God and was a member of the Light of Faith White Rock Pentecostal Church of God in Fayetteville, Ark. He was preceded in death by one son, Larry Williams; one daughter, Debbie Cansler; his parents; one brother, Bill Williams; and one sister, Roedena Cooper. Survivors include his wife, Angie Bustos Williams of the home; four sons, Wayne Williams of Washington State, Mike Williams of Illinois, Brian Williams and Craig Williams, both of South Carolina; one daughter, Shelly Eastway of Indiana; three stepsons, Jesse Arce, Phillip Arce and Ricky Arce, all of Arizona; three stepdaughters, Deanne Lipsey of Zion, Ill., Cricket Tempes of New York and Alice Arce of Arizona; 11 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at the Light of Faith White Rock Pentecostal Church of God in Fayetteville, with the Rev. H.M. Shipp officiating. Interment will be in the Fayetteville National Cemetery, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net, of Huntsville, Ark., with military honors by the United States Navy. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. at the church.
