Darrell Lee Wishon

Darrell Lee Wishon, 60, of Little Flock passed away Friday, Oct. 17, 2014. He was born Sept., 6, 1954, in Fair, Okla., to J.W. and Dorothy McDonald Wishon. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting; but loved spending time with his family and all of his Tyson family. He was active both in his church and his community, having served with the Little Flock Fire Department. He enjoyed his work developing food products sold in the U.S. and abroad. He was preceded in death by his mother; and a sister, Janice Fair. Survivors include his beloved wife, Velda of the home; his father, J.W. Wishon of Seligman, Mo.; two sons, Jeremy (Janelle) Wishon of Gravette and Shannon Wishon of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Racheal Wishon of Rogers; three sisters, Catherine (David) Underdown of Green Forest, Judy Eastep and Shirley (Jerry) Chandler, both of Seligman, Mo.; a brother, Rick (Greta) Wishon of Grove, Okla.; six grandchildren, Destaney, Dayten, Rob, DaLacie, Geovanny and Zaden. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Rogers Christian Church, 2421 W. Oak St., in Rogers.
