Patricia Ann Henderson, 78, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center of Bentonville, Ark. She was born on March 16, 1936, in Alton, Ill., to Lee Fredreck Crowson and Mabel O'Leary Crowson. She was a graduate of Marquette and attended both Pensacola Junior College and the Philadelphia School on Nursing. Mrs. Henderson married her husband, James Edward Henderson, who was in the Navy in 1956, and spent the next 20 years as a Navy wife. She and her husband owned and operated Hilltop Liquor for 14 and-a-half years and then retired to Bella Vista She loved spending time with the family, friends and grandchildren. She loved the St. Jude Cancer Research, and enjoyed football and especially Payton Manning. She loved to travel and arts and crafts. Her husband preceded her in death in 1999. Survivors include two sons, James Patrick Henderson of Noel, Mo., and Michael Lee Henderson of Rogers; a daughter and son-in-law, Gay and Larry Vandevoir of Bella Vista; three brothers, Harold Crowson, Tom Crowson of Godfrey, Ill., and John Crowson of West Bend, Wis.; six granddaughters; two grandsons; seven great-grandsons; and four great-granddaughters. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home chapel, with funeral services at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 13, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. Private entombment will be held at the Benton County Memorial Park - Mausoleum.
