Wanda Ruth Masterson Benninger

Wanda Ruth Masterson Benninger, 69, of Springdale passed away Monday, Nov. 10, 2014. She was born May 27, 1945. in Knoxville, Ark., to Loyd Ansel and Georgia Fern Masterson. Wanda was a homemaker. She loved playing bingo, traveling, playing cards, cooking and baking. She was everyone's grandma. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include two daughters, Vickie Johnson and husband, Jerry, of Huntsville, and Mary Gierman and husband, Nickie, of Prairie Grove; two brothers, Robert Masterson and wife, Kay, of Texas, and Loyd Ansel Masterson Jr. and wife, Wanda, of Springdale; one sister, Virginia Stewart of Texas; four grandchildren, Rusty Glynn and wife, Christina, Nakeya Martin and husband, Clayton, Brian Walker and Ausha Gierman; six great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Joseph Blanks officiating. No visitation is planned.
