Edith Lucille Woods

Edith Lucille Woods of Gravette passed away Nov. 1, 2014. Edie was born March 3, 1940, in Erie, Pa., to parents Harold Chapman and Hazel Marie Harris Chapman. She was known as a hard worker and enjoyed her family. Edie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Leo Woods; and daughters, Yvonne Marie Meyers and Darlene Lee Meyers. She is survived by her sons, Frank Spencer of California and Charles "Chuck" Spencer of California; daughter, Monica Meyers of Gravette; five sisters; one brother; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Memorial services are set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at the First Assembly of God Church in Gravette, 1108 SW Main, Gravette. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers.
