Robert R. Elliott

Mr. Robert R. Elliott, age 81, of Little Rock, died Tuesday at the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock. He had been in poor health for the past several years. Mr. Elliott was born April 6, 1933, in Palestine, Arkansas, and was the son of Noah Elliott and Stella Morris Elliott. He lived in Little Rock most of his life, was an asbestos worker, and was a Veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Elliott married Betty Cupples in 1956, and she survives him along with one daughter, Dinah Barbod of Little Rock, one son, Bobby Elliott of Little Rock, two sisters; Kay Dooley of Forrest City and Ila Mae Ballard of Heber Springs, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services for Mr. Elliott will be held Graveside, 10 a.m., Friday at the Bell Cemetery in Palestine. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
