George 'Bruce' Miller

George "Bruce" Miller, 73, of Alma passed away Monday, May 19, 2014. He was born April 21, 1941, in Covina, Calif., to the late Ervin and Maude Miller. He was a self-employed truck broker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda L. Miller; and a grandson, Kris Davis. He is survived by three daughters, Myna Miller of Little Rock, Tonya Jett and husband, Wayne, of Star City, Ark., and Carla Young of Alma; six sons, Bruce Wayne Miller and wife, Cathy, of Lowell, Michael Miller and wife, Nancy, of Springdale, Corey Miller and wife, Melody, of Springdale, Mitchell Fletcher of Rudy, Thomas Fletcher of Stuttgart, and Ricky Fletcher and wife, Donna, of Stuttgart; a brother, Lloyd Miller and wife, Pauletta, of Fayetteville; 17 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Steward Cemetery in Mountainburg, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Pallbearers will be Ronald Smith, Brent Medlock, Billy Holt, Chad McCabe, Jay Shepherd and Randall Smith.
