Todd Shannon Hoyt

Todd Shannon Hoyt, 47, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in Harrisburg, N.C. He was born Feb. 13, 1967, in Joplin, Mo., to Steve Cordell Hoyt and Cheryl Diane McGee Hoyt. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George and Zola McGee; and his paternal grandparents, John Dee (DJ) and Miriam Hoyt. Todd is survived by his wife of 23 years, Michele Bahn Hoyt; three sons, Ryan, Reid and Rhet; father, Steve Hoyt; mother, Cheryl McGee; stepmother, Kathy Hoyt; two brothers, Tim Hoyt and Toby Hoyt; two sisters, Katie Natera and husband, Elkin, and Traca Reed and husband, Jack. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014, from 1-3 p.m., with a memorial service following at 3 p.m. at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers, Ark. In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up in memory of Todd Hoyt. This account will serve as an education fund for his three sons: Ryan (16), Reid (5), Rhet (3).
