Lavenia Agnes Todd

Lavenia Agnes Todd, 88, of Gravette, Ark., died Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Concordia Care Center in Bella Vista, Ark. She was born on July 3, 1925, in Vaughn, Ark., to Elmer Lloyd Brandon and Josephine Beula Dill Brandon. She was a member of the Donivan Full Gospel Church. She retired from Daisy Manufacturing after 27 years. She loved her family, loved to make quilts, her cats and growing flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years, Howard Lee Todd; daughter, Peggy Douglas; four brothers; and two sisters. She is survived two daughters, Charolette Traxel and husband, Jack, of Gravette, Ark., Ida Bates of Gravette, Ark.; one brother, Densel Brandon of Cottonwood, Calif.; six grandchildren, Tammy Claunch, Randy Traxel, Mechell Mitchell, Jeff Bates, Chris Douglas, Chad Douglas; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Coffelt Cemetery near Vaughn, Ark.
