Frances Idell Rocha

Frances Idell Rocha, 65, of Springdale, Ark., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 6. Idell was born Aug. 31, 1948, in Fowler, Calif., to the late Ulyss McCullar and Wanda Jan Treadway. She graduated from Selma High School and later on became an ordained minister on Feb. 17, 2003. Idell is survived by Mother, Wanda Jean Treadway; two sons, Thomas Rocha and Scott Rocha; three grandchildren, Chelsea Rocha, Alyssa Rocha and Tommie Rocha. Services will be held at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale on Monday, March 17, followed by burial at Friendship Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.siscofuneral.com.
