Ivie Autrey, 99 years old, went to be with the Lord on March 12, 2014, in Rogers. She was born on June 21, 1914, in War Eagle, Ark., to the late William and Mary Earnest. She was the wife of the late Earl L. Autrey. She is loved and will be missed by many, because her greatest attribute was to love us all, unconditionally, just as we are. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, shopping at garage sales, chatting on the phone with her friends and hosting Sunday dinner. She was a member of Christ Church in Rogers from 1952-2014. She is survived by her sons, Marvin Autrey and wife, Wanda, Norman Autrey and Jimmy Autrey; brother, Bud Earnest; grandchildren, Janet Sampier, Sherry Smith, Lee Autrey, Marty Autrey and Marnie Jackson. She also leaves 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Ivie was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; parents; brothers, Marion Earnest and Garvin Boyd; sister, Mildred Beaver Kester; and her granddaughter, Tonya Sixkiller. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 17, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
