Jimmie Dale Mitchell

Jimmie Dale Mitchell, 74, of Springdale died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at his home. He was born March 21, 1939, in Rogers to Howard Leroy and Opal Euline Elliott Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his son, Leroy Mitchell in 2013. He is survived by his wife, Alma (Edwards) Mitchell; one sister, Carolyn Meek of Springdale; and many nieces and nephews, including Robert Meek, Kathy Johnson, Jimmie Mason and the late Ricky Dale Meek. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 14, at Heritage Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at noon at Thornsberry Cemetery. The family extends special thanks to his caregiver, Bonnie Ingram, and his two angels, Kathy and Darrell Johnson.
