Donna Lynn Smith

Donna Lynn Smith, "DooLittle," 47, of Fayetteville passed away on March 8, 2014. She was born Nov. 3, 1966, in San Bernadino, Calif., to Jack Calvin Smith and Marianne Murphy Smith. She graduated from Etiwanda High School and the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2002. Donna was preceded in death by her father, Jack Smith. Survivors include mother, Marianne Skelton of Lincoln; son, Robert Jack Smith of Bentonville; two brothers, Mike Smith and Gary Polk, both of Fayetteville; sister, Jackie Smith of Lincoln; two grandchildren, Skyler Smith and Jaxson Smith; two nieces, Tessa Patterson of San Bernadino, Calif., and Christina Murray of Lowell; two nephews, Ryan Miller and Jamie Miller, both of Lincoln; her entire Washington County Sheriff's Office family; and her beloved fur friend, Chicklet, AKA, Taco, Burrito. A memorial service will be held at the Washington County Sheriff's Office, East Annex, on March 12, 2014, at 10 a.m., with Chaplain Earl Adams officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family request that blood donations be made to your local blood bank.
