Jerry Hensley

Gerald "Jerry" F. Hensley, 68, of West Fork died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at his home. He was born March 12, 1945, in Baltimore, Md., the son of Ila Hughes and Lilburn Hensley. He was a member of the West Fork Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over 40 years after moving from Monterey, Calif. He was a business owner and carpenter for most of his adult life. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Catherine Keyton; and one brother, Raymond Hensley. Jerry is survived by his wife, Linnie Hensley, whom he married Sept. 26, 1963; three sons, Eric Hensley of Fayetteville, Brandon Hensley of Fayetteville, Russel Hensley and his wife, Allison, of West Fork; two daughters, Ila Prellwitz and her husband, Kenneth, of Fayetteville, Kathleen Hensley of West Fork; three brothers, Ronald Hensley and his wife, Pam, of Monterey, Calif., James Goldstein and his wife, Stacy, of Fresno, Calif., Rick Goldstein and his wife, Debbie, of Modesto, Calif.; one sister, Ila Irizarry and her husband, Oscar, of West Fork; three grandchildren, Kole Hensley, Shelby Hensley and Kayla Hensley. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in West Fork. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
