Ruth Ann Hudson

Ruth Ann Hudson, 70, of Blackwell, Okla., died Monday, March 3, 2014, at her home. She was born Nov. 5, 1943, at Calaveras County, Calif., to Oscar Drew Hudson and Flora Ellen Garnett Hudson. She was a homemaker, enjoyed playing bingo, knitting, crocheting, fishing, gardening, flowers, and being with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a Baptist; and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William P. Hudson in 1993; one son, David Vernon Hudson; one brother, Donald Hudson. Survivors are her companion of 35 years, Jerry Arnold of the home; two daughters, Ruthie Antrim and Charlena Arnold, both of Blackwell, Okla.; three sons, Timothy Hudson of Pea Ridge, David Hudson and Jeffrey Arnold, both of Blackwell, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her constant companion "Ginger." Visitation is set for Thursday, March 6, 6-8 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Service will be Friday, March 7, 1 p.m. at Eastside Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Robert Ward officiating.
