Jeffrey Mitchell Gash

JEFFREY MITCHELL GASH, age 46, of North Little Rock went to be with his Lord on Friday, June 27, 2014 after a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. He was born in Tulsa, Okla. on May 16, 1968 to Ray and Linda Gash. Jeff was a 1986 graduate of Catholic High School in Little Rock and then graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a BA in Arts and Science. Jeff was employed at Sirloins Inn starting as a busboy at age 15, and continued part time for many years. He was very much a people person and enjoyed his time there. After college, Jeff was employed at US Mortgage Company as a Secondary Marketing Manager then became a Real Estate Appraiser. Jeff has always been known for his fun loving nature, kindness and as the best friend anyone could have. He could light up a room with his smile and personality. He was loved and will be missed by many. He is survived by his parents; his wife, Angie of 11 years; and his daughter, Taylor Nicole, the light of his life; one sister, Angela McElmurry and husband Scott; and much loved nephew and niece, Grant and Raegan McElmurry. Jeff is also survived by his special in-laws, Charles and Gail Pohl, of Sherwood, Ark. and Bill and Terresa Milligan of Batesville, Ark.; brother-in-law, Chad Milligan (Lena); niece, Cecily Milligan and their families; his loving aunts, Faye Adams (Ken), Mary Helen Wainwright, Pat Henry (Don) and Susan Shisler; and special cousins; and a host of loving friends; and his special dog, Morgan. A special thank you to the nurses at Springhill Baptist Medical Center for the compassionate care of Jeff and comfort to his family.
