Charles "Chuck" Gordon Williams

Charles "Chuck" Gordon Williams, 68, of Springdale passed away Friday, July 18, 2014, in Carthage, Mo. He was born Nov. 30, 1945, in Santa Monica, Calif., to Gordon Charles and Elizabeth Eleanor Colby Williams. Chuck served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. Growing up he was an Altar Boy in the Episcopal Church. He was a past president of the Kiwanis club in Salinas, Calif. He was an active member of the Ozarks Prairie Sooners R.V. Club. He was in retail sales and a retired business owner. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ann Williams of Springdale; one daughter, Tiffany Selby and husband Bryan of San Diego, Calif.; two stepsons, Bryan Green and wife Temme of Springdale and Jeffery Green of Salinas, Calif.; one stepdaughter, Molly Jepson and husband Eric of Salinas, Calif.; one sister, Elizabeth Walby of Chandler, Ariz.; six stepgrandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Freedom Fellowship Church in Tontitown. Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross,1200 W. Walnut St., Rogers, AR 72756.
