Julia Nadine Hayes

Julia Nadine Hayes, 87, of Bella Vista, Ark., left this world for the next July 14, 2014, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. Julia was born on June 9, 1927, in Sunnyvale, Calif., to Royden and Bernice (Richards) Pinckney. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers. She is survived by her husband, John D. Hayes; two sons, Michael Schomaker (Andrea) of Wichita and Eric Schomaker (Sherry) of Alpine, Utah; nine grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark., with Father Barnabas Maria-Susai. Internment will be at the VA National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark., with no service conducted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bella Vista Public Library.
