Billie Ann Minugh

Billie Anne Minugh, 61, of Harrison, Ark., passed on June 28, 2014, at home. Born June 17, 1953, in Nowata, Okla., to Christopher and Edna (Pettit) Swafford. She loved church, shopping and crochet. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Minugh; two sisters, Judy and Shirley Swafford; and her cat, SweetPea. Billie is survived by her close friend, Linda Sparks of Springdale, Ark.; two stepdaughters, Gidget Rogers and Bridget Clover; and many grandchildren. No service is planned at this time.
