Marie Ann Forehand

Marie Ann Forehand, 81, of Rogers passed away July 3, 2014, in Bentonville. Marie was born July 16, 1932, in Fayetteville the daughter of James Edward and Anna Martha Tindell Edlin. She was a secretary for an insurance company. Marie spent many years as an ESL teacher for the Hispanic community; she also enjoyed fishing. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Forehand; and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors her daughter, Beatrice Nixdorf and husband, Werner, of Aurora, Mo.; her son, Jim Bolt of Rogers; and her sister, Wilma DeClerk of Pocahontas, Ark.; four grandchildren, Jesse Rafferty, Matthew Rafferty, Hannah Ndiba and David Bolt; and three great-grandchildren, Victoria Jones, William and Logan Ndiba. Funeral mass will be noon Friday, July 11, 2014, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers. Private interment will follow in the St. Vincent Cemetery.
