Ward Danley

Ward G. Danley, age 75, of Springdale passed away Wednesday July 2, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice. He was born in Huron, S.D., on May 25, 1939, to Coy and May Skinner Danley. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Springdale. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Dani Lightfoot. He was a member of the Elks Club and The Springdale Country Club. He loved playing golf and poker. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kay Danley; two daughters, Cyndi Lightfoot and husband Gene of Springdale, Holly Chamlee of Springdale; his brother, Roger Danley and wife Nancy of Georgetown, Texas; two grandsons, Stephen Lightfoot and Mitchell Ward Lightfoot. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, at Salem Lutheran Church in Springdale. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
