Billie Ann Minugh

Billie Ann Minugh, 61, of Harrison, Ark., passed away June 28, 2014, at her home. She was born June 17, 1953, in Nowata, Okla., to Christopher David and Edna Marie (Pettit) Swafford. She enjoyed doing embroidery and crochet. She also loved to go shopping. Billie is survived by her close friend Linda Sparks of Springdale, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Judy Swafford, Shirley Swafford and her cat Sweet Pea that she loved very much. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service of Nowata, Okla.
