Gary D. Chism

Gary D. Chism, 67, of Gravette passed away Jan. 25, 2014, in Rogers. He was born Nov. 25, 1946, in Bentonville, the son of Carl Chism Jr. and Naomi Townzen Chism. Gary retired from Kraft Foods in Bentonville. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Helen Tucker Chism of the home; four daughters, Julie Cook of Gravette; Karla Ballmann and husband, Matt, of Gravette, Tracy Warren and husband, Byron, of Gravette, Katie Reynolds of Bella Vista; and one brother, Chuck Chism of Bentonville; five grandchildren Tyler Martin, Skyler Warren, and Katlynn Martin, Jacob Ballmann and Billy Cook., Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, at the Bentonville Cemetery with Pastor Darrell Kepler officiating.
