Connie Jo Snoderly, 60, of Garfield went to be with the Lord on Jan. 22, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born to Luie and Martha Mills Robinson on Feb. 16, 1953. She retired from Mercy Health System after 30 years and later returned to Rogers Public Schools, where she worked for 12 years. She was a devoted Christian and a member of the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church in Garfield, Ark. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Luie Robinson and Martha Mills Robinson, both of Rogers, Ark. She fought a courageous battle over the last year with ALS. She is survived by her husband, Randy Snoderly of the home, to whom she was married 37 years; two daughters, Nancee Snoderly and husband, Quentin, of Garfield, and Ellen Duty and husband, Michael, of Garfield; two precious grandchildren, Brayden Carl and Brooklyn Paige Snoderly; and one brother, Jerry Robinson and wife, Kim, of Rogers. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, Lendel Snoderly and wife, Judi, Gary Snoderly and wife, Merlene, Larry Snoderly and wife, Janelle, Tommy Snoderly and wife, Patty; sister-in-law, Judy Henson and husband, Ray; and her very best friend, Judy Rogers; as well as a multitude of friends and family. Connie enjoyed cooking, gardening, crocheting and knitting, canning and spending time with her family, kids and grandkids. She also clerked many auctions for Lendel Snoderly where she met and made many friends. She always enjoyed spending time with her husband attending cattle sales and just being together. She also served on the Walnut Hill Cemetery Association as secretary for many years. Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, from 4-7 p.m. at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, 1 p.m. at her home church of Freedom Freewill Baptist, with Bro. Mike Hutsell and Bro. Lonnie Burks officiating. Her final resting place will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery east of Brightwater.
