Lowe Stone

Reverend Lowe Stone, 79, of Ft. Smith, AR, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on January 14, 2014. He was born in Altheimer, AR on July 9, 1934 to A.M. and Elizabeth Stone. Survivors include his faithful wife of over 56 years, Beverly Jones Stone, Daughters, Becky McKee, Debby Stone Crouse, Sons, Bobby Stone, Toney Stone, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Three sisters, Juanita Bowen , Jeanne Kelly, June (Allen) Shockley, three sisters-in-law, Shirley Stone, Pam Jones, Floy Stone, brother-in-law Elton (Tommie) Jones and numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends from previous pastorates. The celebration of his life and ministry will be held at Living Faith Baptist Church, 12515 Highway 253 South, Ft. Smith, AR, 72918 on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Committal services until the Rapture will follow at Steep Hill Cemetery, 8015 Steep Hill Rd., Ft. Smith, AR, 72916.
