Alyne Rogers

Alyne Witt Rogers, age 84, of Centerton, passed away on Feb. 19, 2014, in Rogers. She was born April 26, 1929, in Madison County to the late Jesse and Alice Boatright Witt. She was a member of the Farmers Free Will Baptist Church in Hindsville. She and her husband, Gene, were happily married for 62 years. Alyne was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Survivors include her husband Gene Rogers of Centerton; one daughter, Tonya Woods of Centerton; one sister, Barbara Phillips of Springdale; two grandchildren, Joshua Woods, Amanda Hyatt; and by two great-grandchildren, Keeton Woods and Kenzie Woods. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jake Woods; and by two brothers, James Witt and Dwayne Witt. A visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 23 from 2 until 4 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers. Graveside service will be on Monday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. at Barron Cemetery in Vaughn. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
