James Oxford

James Oxford, age 62 years, of Elkins, Ark., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014. He was born Feb. 1, 1952, in Ventura, Calif., to parents Hugh Roland Stovall and Gracie Greenwood Richardson. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Patsy Ann Oxford of the home in Elkins; a daughter, Patricia Shuler of Maysville, Okla.; a son, James T. Oxford and wife, Jennifer, of Elkins, Ark.; four grandchildren, Sasha Wheatley of Tulsa, Okla., Mallory Shuler of Kansas City, Mo., Corey Shuler of Maysville, Okla., and Madalyn Oxford of Elkins, Ark.; great-granddaughter, Alana Ibarra of Tulsa, Okla.; and Ruben Ibarra Jr., who is patiently waiting to come into the world; as well as many friends and family.
