Effie Howard

Effie Howard, 97, of Winslow died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at Willard Walker Hospice Home. Due to weather, a private burial was held at Mineral Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
