Margaret Mary Roso

Margaret Mary Roso, 94, of Tontitown, Ark., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2014. She was born on May 18, 1920, in Tontitown, Ark., a daughter of the late James P. and Clementina Costa Taldo. She was a homemaker and farmer and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church where she served in the Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening, fishing and especially spending time with her family. She was a wonderful cook and always a gracious hostess. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Joseph A. Roso; seven sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by two sons, Joseph Roso Jr. and wife Patrice of Arcadia, Okla., and Edward L. Roso of Tontitown; one daughter, Ruth Ann Roso Ritchie and husband Fred of Springdale, Ark.; six grandchildren, Joseph Roso III, Michael Roso, Danica Roso Rogers, Andrea Roso Jobe, Andrew Roso and Jared Roso; five great-grandchildren, Arianna, Sopia and Austin Rogers and Lexa and Logan Jobe; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tontitown, Ark. A Mass of Christian Burial commencing at 2 p.m. with burial to follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Tontitown, Ark.
