Phillip Matthew Frost, Jr.

Phillip Matthew Frost, Jr., 40, of Pea Ridge died Wednesday, December 24 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born September 4, 1974 in Cleveland, Ohio to Phillip Matthew Frost, Sr. and Sharrie Ann Sender Frost. He moved to Pea Ridge in 1987 to make his home and was a self-employed electrician. He loved music, friends and was a loving father to his two boys. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leo and Catherine Frost; his maternal grandfather, Paul Sender and a great-uncle, John Bunk. Survivors are his parents; his sons Devon and Dylan Frost of Pea Ridge, his life partner, Stephanie Slinkard of the home; a brother, Frank Frost of Rogers; a sister, Julie Drake of Pea Ridge; his maternal grandmother Loretta Sender of Cleveland, Ohio; six uncles; four aunts and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2-4p.m. Sunday, December 28 at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge.
