Jeness Hartley, 54, of Rockford, Ill., passed away Dec. 17, 2014, at St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. She was living at Forest City Nursing and Rehab Center in Rockford. She is survived by her mother, Florence Zoller of Bella Vista. Arrangements by Olson Funeral Home in Rockford, Ill.
