Carthal Monroe Talley Jr.

Carthal Monroe Talley Jr., 60, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014, at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born on March 13, 1954, in Augsburg, Germany, to Carthal Monroe Talley Sr. and Willa Wynona Werner Talley. He grew up in a military family and moved many times growing up, and lived in Bella Vista for the last nine years. He loved to ride motorcycles, listen to music and spend time with family. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jolene Talley. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lynne Talley of Bella Vista, Ark.; son, Jon Talley of El Dorado, Ark.; daughter, Cathy Smith and husband, Brian, of Bentonville, Ark.; sister, Dee Anne McCallister of Magnolia, Ark.; and two grandchildren, Natalie and Cooper Smith; along with multiple nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.
