Marie Patricia Bouchette

Marie Patricia Bouchette, 87, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014, at her home in Bella Vista. She was born on July 16, 1927, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Thomas Cardas and Stella Nitka Cardas. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She loved crafts, weaving, basket making, playing cards and when able loved to play golf. She was a member of Northwest Arkansas Hand Weavers Guild. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Alan Beyler; and two brothers, Thaddeus Janiga and Joseph Janiga. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Richard Bouchette of Bella Vista, Ark.; daughters, Susan Beyler "Warren Mazza" of Little Prairie, Wis.; Karen Tarantino "Robert" of Mount Calvary, Wis., Roberta Hegy "Richard" of East Troy, Wis.; one brother, Frank Janiga of Citrus Heights, Calif.; two sisters, Valerie Ninko of South Milwaukee, Wis., Andrea Macaluso of Greendale, Wis.; six grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. A rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. with a Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, with Father Barnabas Maria Susai.
