Keith Alan Holmes, age 59, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Aug. 7, 2014, son of Archie and Mabel Holmes. Survived by wife, Ann Holmes; sister, Carol Holmes Riley; and children, Rachael, Matthew, Adam. Services will be held at Forest Hills Baptist Church on Saturday, Aug. 16, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to church, 1702 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
