Robert James Neal, 35, of Winslow, Ark., died Aug. 1, 2014. He was born Sept. 22, 1978, in Fayetteville, Ark. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Neal Jr. He is survived by his wife, Tina of Winslow; his parents, Jack and Carol Neal of West Fork; sister, Cindy Snow and husband, Terry, of Fayetteville, Ark.; brother, Tommy Neal and wife, Angela, of West Fork, Ark.; several nephews and nieces.
